These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made in this webshop. Once you have placed your order, you automatically also agree with these conditions.

P A Y M E N T
All transactions are processed securely. You will be given a choice at checkout of paying by PayPal, Apple Pay or by card. We accept all mayor credit cards.
It is also possible to pay with iDEAL (EU) or via bank transfer. To do so send an e-mail with your order of choice and shipping information to: [email protected] you will receive an e-mail with further payment instructions within a day.

S H I P P I N G - D E L I V E R Y
Make sure to review all of the information you provide and please double check the shipping information before you submit your order. A confirmation e-mail message containing your order info and the payment details will be send to you right after checkout.

Shipping NL (1-2 business days) € 1- € 10
Shipping EU (3-10 business days) € 10 - € 15
Shipping WORLD (7-14 business days) € 20

The shipping costs depend on the items ordered and the country of delivery. You find the shipping costs when you check out. If you order several items it is well possible that the total shipping fee is smaller then when you just buy one item. We will try and combine shipping to actual costs. Feel free to email us and ask for best shipping deal possible. All items are shipped from the Netherlands within 1-2 days after the order is placed. You will receive an update once the parcel is on it's way.

Let us know in case your order is a gift, we offer free gift wrapping.

If you do not receive your order, because of a mistake by the post office, or if it arrives damaged please contact us. Together we will look for a suitable solution.

C H A N G E A N D R E T U R N
If an order reaches you in good condition but you still aren’t satisfied, it is possible to return or change your order on the condition the order comes back in good condition. You will have to pay for shipping back the item(s).

W A R R A N T Y
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. When your order is damaged, contact us within 1 week and send a picture of the damage. After we’ve received your email, we will send you a new product.

When you place an order, you have to fill in some personal data. We need these data to complete the order. Your data will only be used for this purpose.
